1. Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The item should be in the same condition as when delivered.

Please keep your invoice or order confirmation ready when you contact us.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

Used or opened baby care and personal products.

Feeding bottles, pacifiers, teethers, or similar sealed items once opened.

Items damaged after delivery or not in their original condition.
If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page before purchase.
3. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to your original payment method (credit/debit card, bank account, UPI, or wallet).
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You’ll receive an update as soon as your refund has been processed.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please mention it while contacting us.
Our team will confirm availability and assist you with the exchange process smoothly.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly share a photo or short video of the product at info@babyvibe.in, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Order Cancellations

Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

However, you can still request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
If your order is canceled before shipment, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
