We want your shopping experience to be smooth, reliable, and joyful, from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your doorstep.
1. Processing Your Order
Once your payment is confirmed, our team quickly gets to work!
Most orders are packed and ready to ship within 1–2 working days.
If you order on a weekend or a public holiday, don’t worry we’ll start processing it the very next business day.
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll get an email or SMS with all the tracking details.
2. Our Delivery Partners
We deliver all across India through trusted partners, who help us make sure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Once your package is picked up, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on where it is.
3. Delivery Timelines
We always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Here’s what you can usually expect:

4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by email or SMS.
You can click on it anytime to see where your package has reached.

5. Delays or Delivery Issues
We do our best to ensure on-time delivery, but sometimes delays happen due to things outside our control, like bad weather or courier delays.
If your order hasn’t reached you on time, just let us know we’ll check with our delivery partner and make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.
If your order is lost in transit, don’t worry we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Just send a quick email to info@babyvibe.in with a clear photo or short video of the product.
We’ll make sure you get a replacement or full refund you won’t have to pay anything extra.
7. Double-Check Your Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
We wouldn’t want your order to get delayed or misplaced because of a small typo!
8. International Orders
Right now, BabyVibe delivers only within India.
We’re growing fast and we’ll let you know once we start shipping internationally too!
